Over the past couple weeks and beta patches, there’s been a lot of conversation going on about where we’ll be in Rift once the official launch comes. Now that we’re only two days away, we’re happy to say that we’ll be playing Guardians on the Keenblade (PVE) server. This is provided, of course, that Trion doesn’t change the server rulesets before launch. If it does, we’ll be looking at a different PVE server.

That’s not to say there won’t be a lot of PvP, though. We had a sizeable contingent of folks who were behind the idea of a PvP server, though we opted for PvE because we want everyone to be able to choose the experience they wanted to have. We’ll definitely be seeing some action in the warfronts in addition to raiding and casual play.
